DIRECTIVE ACCORDING TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196 OF 30/06/2003 (PERSONAL PROTECTION DATA CODE OF PERSONS AND OTHER SUBJECTS)

In compliance with and by effect of art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree dated 30 June 2003,CONVERTING & TRADE SRL, with registered office in FRATTE DI SASSOFELTRIO PU), Via Enrico Mattei N.3, in its capacity of personal data controller, hereby informs users requiring information through this portal on the purpose of and methods for processing the collected data, their communication and disclosure, and the nature of their provision.

PURPOSE

In particular, according to art. 7, the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or not of any personal data, even if yet to be recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. The interested party is entitled to obtain indication of the:
a) origin of the personal data;
b) data processing purpose and methods;
c) logic applied in the event of data processed using electronic equipment;
d) identification data of controller, managers, and appointed representatives in compliance with art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) parties or category of parties to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may come to know them in their capacity of appointed representative in a territory of the country, managers or appointed parties. The interested party is entitled to obtain the
a) update, adjustment or, where appropriate, integration of the data;
b) deletion, conversion to anonymous form or blocking of data processed illegally, including those whose storage is not necessary with respect to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed;

c) confirmation that the operations referred to under letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with respect to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in the event that such fulfilment proves to be impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected. The interested party is entitled to object, in whole or in part:

I fhte response to the option is negative the company will not proceed with the processing of the request made by the user.
